We are a professional organization of commercial, industrial, and mineral property analysts and appraisers located in the West Central Region of Ohio. We have offices in the communities of Urbana in Champaign County and Springfield in Clark County.

Our clientele is diverse and include lenders, private industry, attorneys, and government entities.

Our firm has chosen to affiliate with the principles of the American Society of Appraisers. This is the only multi-discipline appraisal organization in the United States. This affiliation provides us with an expanded base of professional specialties not provided by any other appraisal organization and is often required for the many complex and unique assignments we encounter.

We are also affiliated with the American Institute of Mineral Appraisers, a selective organization for those valuation analysts with knowledge and experience in the specialized area of mining and minerals and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration, an organization of  mineral professionals that allows for an exchange of information and professional development.
